Manager, Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Oversee design, development, deployment, and operation of intelligence products.
• Lead AI/ML models, pipelines, and platform capabilities powering them.
• Manage professional development and technical direction for a team of engineers.
• Collaborate with product management, customer support, and operations across the org.
• Engage in hands-on coding with Python, Django, Next.js, React, Node.
• Drive proactive adoption of AI tools within product and lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years building scalable apps with React, Django, Node and integrations.
• Experience leading and managing a team of engineers.
• Experience with Amazon AWS.
• Strong English language skills (oral and written).
• Remote in Mexico; must have permanent residency in Mexico.
