• Ensure the team has a clear vision and roadmap.
• Adapt and evolve Agile processes to fit needs.
• Foster continuous improvement and accelerate delivery.
• Provide mentoring to engineers to grow technical skills.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality releases.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional development experience
• 3+ years of managerial experience setting goals and driving results
• 4+ years in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Strong experience with automated CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience in Agile environments
• Deep understanding of testing and what, when and how to test
