Manager, Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the Bangalore team and set dev platform direction (CI/CD, release).
• Own pipeline reliability as a product: delivery health and feedback time.
• Stay hands-on in architecture, reviews, incidents, automation.
• Partner across engineering to remove bottlenecks in build/test/deploy flows.
• Hire and coach the team; use data to measure adoption and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year building AI-enabled engineering tools or workflows with measurable impact.
• 8+ years in software engineering, developer platform, DevOps, SRE, or infra.
• 2+ years leading engineers, including people-management responsibility.
• Experience with AI-assisted software engineering, agentic workflows, or LLM-backed tooling.
• Strong track record leading a developer platform/CI/CD in SaaS with measurable results.
• Solid Kubernetes, cloud-native, and distributed systems in multi-tenant SaaS.
