Manager, Software Engineering (AI Platform)

📋 Description

• Lead a software engineering team building AI/ML foundations.
• Collaborate with Eng Mgmt, Architects, DS, PMs, and Directors.
• Drive strategy for AI/ML platform components: feature stores, training, monitoring.
• Guide architecture to deliver scalable, reliable AI systems; mentor engineers.
• Partner with Data Science and domain teams to scale real-time and batch apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading and managing teams.
• Strong SDLC and ML lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, scikit-learn, HuggingFace.
• Python (preferred); Java/C#/Scala acceptable.
• Cloud experience: GCP (BigQuery, GKE, GCS) or AWS/Azure.
• IaC/CI/CD: Terraform, GitHub Actions, Concourse, Ansible.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Mathematics, or related field.
