📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing engineering team
• Review and influence design plans and architectural decisions
• Oversee 3rd-party API integrations and vendor workflows
• Manage goal priorities and delegate tasks
• Develop, lead, coach, and assess engineering team (5-6 direct reports)
• Provide technical guidance and coaching; remove barriers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of distributed software development experience
• 1-3 years of direct line management or player-coach management experience
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in C# development
• Experience with Windows and Linux, .NET, Azure or AWS, Microservices, SQL, NoSQL, Git
• Experience with Scrum and DevOps environment
