📋 Description

• Lead and grow a well-balanced engineering team.
• Own the team's technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Empower your tech lead and engineers to uphold design and quality.
• Own availability, reliability, and performance of consumer-critical systems.
• Keep the team shipping in small increments with sprint milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, incl. 3+ years managing and growing teams.
• Proven experience delivering consumer-facing software and driving execution through ambiguity.
• Track record managing performance directly – setting expectations and giving candid feedback.
• Technical judgment to guide architecture, quality, and reliability; empower senior engineers.
• Experience leading significant technical initiatives end-to-end, ideally decoupling or re-platforming.
• Familiar with modern full-stack development – React or React Native, and a backend-for-frontend behind them.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
