🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience; >=3 years leading teams.
• Balance people leadership with strong technical decision-making and architecture guidance.
• Design, build, and operate scalable backend services, distributed systems, data processing.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, REST, relational/NoSQL, and React.
• Extensive AWS cloud-native experience; microservices, DDD, and event-driven architectures.
• DevOps, CI/CD, observability; Agile (Scrum/SAFe).
