• Coach and develop production engineers, including experienced technical leaders, through direct
• Set priorities and guide delivery for the team's embedded work with Figma's product and platform
• Guide improvements to observability, incident response, and production tooling that reduce
• Partner with engineers on long-term technical direction, design, and production reviews
• Anticipate reliability and scaling challenges alongside partner-team leaders
• Turn lessons from work with product teams and production incidents into reusable tools and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing engineering teams and developing senior engineers
• Experience building and operating complex software systems at scale
• Experience leading complex initiatives across engineering teams and cross-functional partners
• Sound judgment about reliability, security, and sustainable operations
