🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/CE or related field, or equivalent.
• 12+ years building enterprise SaaS apps with Java, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and ReactJS.
• 3+ years in leadership; 2+ years people mgmt; strong communication.
• Full-stack development with responsive UI, SPA, reusable components.
• APIs knowledge and backend integration; Agile experience.
• Experience building microservices architectures.
