Manager, Solution Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a SE team delivering high-impact demos.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align SE resources with pipeline priorities.
• Own technical win strategy across the sales cycle, from discovery through close.
• Coach the team to map Storyblok's capabilities to customer value.
• Be the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering; feed roadmap insights.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Solution Engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Required: prior experience as a Solution Engineering Manager.
• Required: SaaS product experience, ideally in pre-sales.
• Preferred: CMS, DXP, or web/content management experience.
• Preferred: background as an individual-contributor SE/Sales Engineer.
• Demonstrates AI literacy and ability to use AI tools to improve work.
