Manager, Solutions Architect - APJ

📋 Description

• Lead a distributed team of Solutions Architects across SEA, Taiwan, SK, and India.
• Act as player-coach; guide strategic opportunities and coach the team.
• Define regional strategy for technical evaluations, workshops, demos, and POCs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, Product.
• Maintain workload planning, headcount, forecasting, and field execution.
• Define and track KPIs; report progress to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams in software/tech sales, pre-sales, or consulting across SEA/India.
• Strong background in solution architecture; relate tech depth to customer value.
• Proven success scaling SA practices in growing businesses.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural presentation skills.
• Business acumen balancing technical excellence with commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, and Product.
