📋 Description

• Manage a team of intermediate/senior Solutions Architects across Central & Eastern Europe.
• Act as player-coach on strategic opportunities; build exec relationships.
• Guide regional strategy for evaluations, workshops, demos and PoCs.
• Collaborate with global SA, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, and Product.
• Work in all-remote environment to grow the Solutions Architecture org across Central & Eastern Europe.
• Build operating rhythms and scale the regional SA team.

• Experience leading technical teams in software sales across Central Europe.
• Strong background in solution architecture linking tech depth to business value.
• Proven track record scaling SA practices in growing businesses.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Influence across Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel per GitLab policy.
