🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams in software/tech sales, pre-sales, or consulting with India market exposure.
• Strong in solution architecture; translate tech depth to business value; learn GitLab tools quickly.
• Proven success building or scaling SA practices in growing businesses.
• Excellent communication and presentation across cultures and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, Product.
• Experience building inclusive, high-performing distributed teams; remote ops; travel.
