Manager, Solutions Architects - US East

📋 Description

• Lead a distributed team of intermediate/senior Solutions Architects for East enterprise customers.
• Coach and develop team members with regular feedback and career growth.
• Hire, onboard, and foster an inclusive, results-driven team culture.
• Engage in key customer opportunities from discovery to adoption as a Solutions Architect.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of technical evaluations, demos, and PoCs to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with regional sales to align technical and commercial motions (territory strategy, account planning, forecast).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience mentoring technical team members with feedback.
• Experience leading technical pre-sales or IT professionals in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with other managers and cross-functional partners to plan go-to-market strategies.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SDLC and modern software development/operations practices.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and their impact on customer outcomes.
