Lead pre-sales engagements from discovery to design (POCs, demos, workshops)
Design Five9-based contact center architectures to meet requirements
Collaborate with sales and delivery to scope, estimate, and propose solutions
Create detailed solution architectures and documentation for complex environments
Stay current with Five9 features and cloud CC trends; provide guidance
Work with TELUS Digital teams to include leading technologies in client solutions, incl. Data & AI

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting in cloud tech
Strong understanding of Five9 and cloud contact center technologies
Experience with CRM systems, omni-channel engagement, and contact center ops
Excellent communication; explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field
