Manager, Solutions Architecture (Pre-Sales)

📋 Description

• Recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent across multiple countries
• Partner with our sales teams to help ensure success in accounts ranging from mid-to-large
• Work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer happiness and with Marketing
• Foster strong and effective relationships with customers, resulting in growth opportunities
• Coach the team to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
• Generate revenue by strategically interfacing with customers and becoming a trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of pre-sales experience, with strong commercial skills
• 3+ years Management experience, ideally in pre-sales, distributed team management preferred
• Technology and distributed systems knowledge
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Database industry background a plus
• Software development background a plus
