🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience; 3+ years leading teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to tech and non-tech audiences.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, CS, and Support.
• Hands-on problem solver; mentors and designs strategic programs.
• Experience with light scripting, querying, or prototyping.
• Bonus: experience using or working with Figma.
