Manager, Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Own and refine Stellar's Solutions Engineering program, including engagement models, partner
• Build, manage, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers, including
• Lead end-to-end technical partner engagements from discovery and solution design through production
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for high-tiered partners, providing architectural
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership: guide system/integration design, review architectures
• Uphold high technical quality for enterprise integrations, ensuring secure, scalable, maintainable

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading customer-facing engineering or solutions teams, ideally in
• Strong technical background to lead architectural discussions, evaluate system-level trade-offs
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, such as Solutions Architects, Forward-Deployed
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments and defining structure, process, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate between partner needs
• Experience working directly with enterprise or institutional partners, including senior technical
