🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years leading a team in high-tech roles
• Experience in remote-first, fast-growth startups
• Mentoring and developing people; performance management
• Open Source selling or Cloud-first/PLS GTM experience
• Direct experience with COM/MEDDPICC sales methodologies
• English fluency; second European language preferred
