📋 Description

• Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a Presales SE team.
• Lead with servant leadership; balance field duties with team needs.
• Own regional day-to-day planning and outcomes with leadership guidance.
• Partner with SEMEA Sales on programs, marketing and events to drive adoption.
• Sponsor key regional accounts; be a trusted partner.
• Understand customer adoption strategies; develop enablement programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years leading teams in high-tech roles (Developer, Architect, SE).
• Experience in fast-paced remote-first startups.
• Mentoring and developing people; performance management.
• Open Source/Cloud-first or product-led sales experience a plus.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
• Experience selling monitoring/observability products.
