📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a 2-4 member Sourcing Coordinators team.
• Oversee daily sourcing ops for efficient order processing.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements.
• Ensure sourcing targets are met and accountable for results.
• Source, negotiate, and place orders for complex, time-sensitive orders.
• Develop and implement continuous process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 8+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (manufacturing preferred).
• 3+ years in team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides; basic internet navigation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, and Service.
