📋 Description

• Define and deploy Directed Materials Sourcing Strategy for Packaging & Paper.
• Build world-class supplier network; ensure quality, safety, and availability.
• Deliver 3–5% YoY sourcing productivity with zero supply risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Global Supply Chain, PD, QA.
• Manage supplier performance and contracts; drive cost improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years global procurement experience in resin, components, or apparel.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Deep knowledge of the materials industry in engineering, procurement, or sales.
• English and Chinese language proficiency.
• Business travel up to 30%.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
