Manager, Speaker Program Operations and Events

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end speaker programs (vendor mgmt, execution, auditing, reconciliation)
• Lead speaker program ops and logistics for Field Sales and Marketing
• Oversee speaker program training and curriculum updates
• Lead internal sales meeting logistics with cross-functional partners
• Support congresses and industry events planning with Marketing
• Manage fulfillment services supporting Marketing and field teams
• Other duties as role expands

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech, incl. 2 years managing speaker programs
• Meeting planning experience preferred
• Launch experience preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, vendor mgmt, multitasking
• Track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Urgency, efficiency, attention to detail
• Build cross-functional relationships across org levels
• Confident, self-motivated and proactive with good judgment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
