📋 Description

• Apply AI-powered tools to enhance DevOps workflows (remediation, anomaly detection).
• Establish governance for AI adoption: data handling, auditability, controls.
• Own AWS-based infrastructure reliability, incl. serverless & production environments.
• Drive IaC adoption, CI/CD improvements, monitoring, and incident management.
• Develop observability strategies, runbooks, and metrics to reduce downtime.
• Lead security and compliance across regulated environments with risk assessments and audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infra, security, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on AWS: IAM, networking, serverless, cloud infra.
• Infrastructure-as-code tools and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001 frameworks and audits.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, financial services) valued.
