Lead Stations Training and Standards programs daily, ensuring compliance.
Provide leadership and coaching to Corporate Trainers and Standards Specialists.
Set departmental priorities, allocate resources, monitor workload, schedule.
Oversee development, rollout, evaluation, and improvement of training programs.
Ensure programs meet FAA/DOT/TSA/ACAA/IATA and company policies.
Analyze metrics, audits, safety data, and feedback to drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
4+ years in airline ops or aviation leadership.
2+ years leadership/management in ops/training/regulatory env.
Experience with training programs, policy governance, curricula, or docs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of FAA/DOT/TSA/ACAA/IOSA/IATA and SMS.
