📋 Description

Lead global team of Statistical Programmers across clinical studies
Oversee SDTM/ADaM datasets, Tables, Listings, and Figures
Manage quality, budget, and timelines for project activity
Coach, mentor, and develop team members
Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives
Coordinate programming efforts for regulatory submissions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in math, statistics, biostatistics, CS, or related
10+ years in Statistical Programming (SAS and R)
Experience in CRO environments preferred
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Ability to develop best practices and templates
Knowledge of regulatory expectations and industry standards
