Manager, Statistical Programming

📋 Description

• Manage a team of statistical programmers in medical device clinical research.
• Provide statistical programming support for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Statistics, Data Management, Regulatory Writing, and Clinical Study teams.
• Ensure quality, integrity, and timely delivery of programming deliverables.
• Drive programming standards, process improvements, and innovations.
• Oversee creation of Tables, Listings and Figures for studies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Data Science/CS/Math or related; 8+ years' experience.
• In-depth statistical programming knowledge in medical devices or drug development.
• Master’s degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience.
• Regulatory filing experience and familiarity with clinical trials (FDA/PDMA) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to estimate effort.
