Manages a team of statistical programmers and resource planning for staff.
Ensures timely deliverables and adherence to quality processes.
Develops SAS programs for ADaM datasets following CDISC standards.
Develops SAS programs for Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLF).
Oversees ADaM data set consistency across studies; creates regulatory docs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors in Statistics or Mathematics
10+ years relevant experience (8+ with a Masters)
Experience leading a team of statistical programmers
Proficient in SAS programming for drug development
Deep understanding of CDISC Standards
Experience with ADaM development and TLF generation
