• Experience with driver-based planning and scenario analysis.
• Ability to translate initiatives into quantified financial impact.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with data platforms/AI is a plus.
• Experience with cost-to-serve and unit economics modeling.
• Proven ability to present insights to executives.
