Manager, Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Own and improve ARR growth and bookings models across GitLab products.
• Manage long-range bookings model by product and geography.
• Develop targets/assessments to support marketing and sales teams.
• Build business cases for new offerings, including AI products, with cross-functional teams.
• Support pricing and packaging strategy through reporting and scenario modeling.
• Assess market opportunity and why deals win/lose; link demand to growth priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategic finance or similar analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills; build models from scratch.
• Identify trends, test assumptions, and connect analysis to strategy.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations.
• Define problems, manage time-sensitive projects with limited direction.
• Build cross-functional relationships in high-stakes environments.
