Lead the Strategic Initiatives team and manage a portfolio of high-priority projects.
Develop and coach project managers; set standards and governance.
Direct complex cross-functional initiatives and partnerships across functions.
Provide hands-on guidance when projects are at risk or blocked.
Balance workload, resource needs, and priorities for the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in project/program/strategic initiative management in IT or similar.
3+ years direct people leadership; coach and develop teams.
Proven player-coach with delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Portfolio management experience with senior leadership reporting.
Strong PM methodologies, governance, requirements, risk, and change management.
PMP, PgMP, CSM or similar certification preferred.
