Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations/projects with project plans and stakeholder
Drive collaboration across teams to mitigate edge cases and ensure on-time completion
Analyze data to evaluate departmental performance and develop metrics
Partner with other groups to design proactive implementation, communications and change management
Mentor and develop team members; oversee duties and ensure compliance with laws
Support additional responsibilities as assigned
