🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in forward-deployed/solutions engineering, strategy and ops, or tech program mgmt
• Technical degree in engineering, CS, physical sciences, statistics/analytics, or economics
• Highly technical, able to deploy AI tools across complex workflows
• Process oriented with track record of scaling efficient operational processes
• Entrepreneurial, comfortable solving ambiguous problems
• Strong communicator who aligns stakeholders and drives results
