Manager, Strategic Projects

📋 Description

• Develop the diagnosis, propose roadmap, and success metrics, then support regional and country
• Work with multiple teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to launch solutions
• Lead design thinking workshops, conduct analyses to identify root causes, and iterative product
• Hold the line on user safety and quality, ensuring every proposed change is assessed for its effect

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or an in-house strategic projects /
• Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders
• Quantitative diagnosis: can structure the analysis, work with large operational datasets, and
• Experience in operational design and setup - familiarity with process management and analysis
• Fluency with data visualisation and executive storytelling - and tools such as Power BI &amp
• Demonstrated experience in driving impact and detailed delivery
