Manager, Strategic Projects

📋 Description

• Own projects / problem areas end-to-end — develop the diagnosis, propose roadmap, and success
• Lead multi-country, cross-functional delivery — work with multiple teams across Product
• Shape Customer Experience — design and deliver on improved user experiences by leading design
• Hold the line on user safety and quality — ensure every proposed change is assessed for its effect

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or an in-house strategic projects /
• Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Quantitative diagnosis: can structure the analysis, work with large operational datasets, and
• Experience in operational design and setup - familiarity with process management and analysis.
• Fluency with data visualisation and executive storytelling — and tools such as Power BI &amp
• Demonstrated experience in driving impact and detailed delivery.
