📋 Description

• Monitor marketplace, customer, supplier, and industry trends.
• Develop executive dashboards and recurring reviews for health and metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
• Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and strategic initiatives via data-driven insights.
• Analyze sourcing performance across supplier engagement, capacity, and lead time.
• Develop analytical frameworks to monitor supplier health and sourcing efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in strategy, analytics, or related roles.
• SQL proficiency; Python, Excel, Tableau/Looker/Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving; ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Experience building financial models, business cases, forecasting, dashboards.
• KPI development and performance measurement.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, Ops, or Strategy.
