Manager, Strategy & Analytics – Business Trends & Sourcing Operation

📋 Description

• Monitor marketplace, customer, supplier, and industry trends to identify opportunities, risks, and priorities
• Develop executive dashboards and recurring reviews showing marketplace health, financials, and metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and drivers
• Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and strategic initiatives through data-driven insights
• Analyze sourcing performance across supplier engagement, capacity, lead time, quote response, and fulfillment
• Build analytical frameworks to monitor supplier health and improve sourcing efficiency, supplier utilization, and gross margin

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in strategy, analytics, or related roles
• SQL proficiency; experience with Python, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI
• Strong analytical skills; structure ambiguous problems
• Experience building financial models, business cases, dashboards
• KPI development, performance measurement, and trend analysis
• Cross-functional work with Product, Finance, Ops; strong communication
