📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in U.S. and emerging markets.
• Develop business cases and GTM plans for new products and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Ops to implement initiatives.
• Lead pilot projects, assess outcomes, and recommend scale-up strategies.
• Align cross-functional growth priorities and report progress.
• Contribute to building scalable models leveraging WIN’s tech and AI platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA from a top tier or competitive business school in India.
• 5+ years total experience, incl. 2–3 years post-MBA in strategy or growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with or exposure to U.S. or global markets preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration to drive clarity and execution.
• Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and outcome-focused.
