📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional transformation projects across B2B teams.
• Scope tech enablement and operating model improvements.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery with dashboards and updates.
• Coordinate with Client Strategy, Valuations, Marketing, and P&T.
• Create executive briefing materials and adoption communications.
• Use data to drive decisions and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, PM, or business ops.
• Strong data skills: Snowflake, Tableau, Qualtrics.
• Fluent with AI tools (Claude) and automation.
• Excellent written/verbal comms for exec audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus; degree required.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $140,000-$170,000.
• Discretionary bonus and benefits package.
