Manager, Student Support

📋 Description

• Coach and support school counselors across campuses
• Strengthen consistent counseling practices and student support systems
• Help schools problem-solve barriers impacting student success and well-being
• Support student mental health, wellness, and early-intervention efforts
• Coordinate counseling and resources during grief, crisis, or other significant student needs
• Connect schools and families with appropriate community resources and supports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, School Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in school counseling, student services, student support, or a
• Experience supporting students, families, and school-based teams
• Experience with Section 504 and ESOL compliance, including documentation, monitoring, and
• Experience supporting or coordinating state, district, or school-based testing
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
