Manager, Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Manage network of manufacturers; monitor on-time delivery, defect rates, and unit costs.
• Build capacity models; route orders to support growth and seasonal spikes; onboard new vendors.
• Own fulfillment strategies for specialty products (foil-pressed cards) to maximize throughput with
• Partner with Customer Operations to analyze feedback and drive corrective actions with vendors.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate operational needs into routing, inventory

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in on-demand supply chain, manufacturing, vendor operations, or e-commerce
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Looker) to build cost, forecasting
• Proven track record managing third-party manufacturers/3PLs, enforcing SLAs, and conducting
• Strong cross-functional leadership; ability to translate complex supply chain trade-offs to product
• Peak-season experience navigating high-volume e-commerce, especially with on-demand D2C fulfillment.
