• Ensure new facilities launch with security infrastructure from day one.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in physical security or loss prevention with data analytics.
• Experience leading security ops across locations with CCTV/access control.
• Experience building security metrics and executive reporting.
• Proven author of global policies, SOPs, and security plans.
• Experience managing third-party guards and security vendor contracts.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with HR, Legal, Ops, Compliance.
