Manager, Supply Chain (Starship)

📋 Description

• Manage the Starship team of Supply Chain Sourcing Managers and Specialists
• Develop and enhance transactional processes to gain organizational efficiency
• Manage KPIs, including inventory and spend to match program targets
• Ensure accurate system signals, including accuracy of demand signals
• Manage vendor relationships and grow the supply base
• Assess supplier capabilities, technologies, and their ability to execute component/assembly

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years, or 10+ years of experience in relevant fields
• 2+ years of experience in personnel management with formal direct reports
