Manager, Supply & Logistics

📋 Description

• Oversee training, preparation, and implementation activities for warehouse system transformation
• Understand operational processes across RDCs and FDCs for WMS design
• Lead training strategy and develop training curricula
• Guide teams through Go-Live and Hypercare periods
• Oversee creation of SOPs, QRGs, training materials, and environments
• Coordinate training plans including Train-the-Trainer and end-user sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Order Management
• At least 3 years of experience in outbound logistics processes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with SAP; WMS familiarity is an advantage
• Experience with design thinking methodologies
