• Act as a player/coach by maintaining an active recruiting workload while training, mentoring, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a demonstrated progression toward increased responsibility.
• 1–3 years of formal people-management experience.
• Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
• Experience working in a fast-paced software development or technology environment with significant
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent acquisition metrics; experience
• Strong familiarity with talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
