📋 Description

• Lead and develop the recruiting team: Manage, coach, and inspire a team of at least three Talent
• Drive strategic workforce planning: Partner with business leaders to translate annual hiring

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional recruiting experience, including 2 or more years focused on sales
• At least 5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing recruiting teams, with a
• Previous experience recruiting within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment, with an
• Ability to translate business needs into hiring plans, manage recruiting capacity, prioritize
• Strong curiosity and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to investigate performance trends
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust
