📋 Description

• Inspire, grow, and hold accountable a talented team of 3+ Talent Acquisition partners to deliver
• Partner with key business stakeholders to translate annual hiring plans into quarterly operating
• Grow an advanced understanding of the Go to Market business line and a growing understanding of the
• Partner closely with Employment Brand, Compensation and People Business partners to identify trends
• Champion recruiting process improvements on a global level for scalability and efficiencies
• Maintain a req load based on business priority and team capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience (2+ years with a sales focus)
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of high performing recruiters
• Natural curiosity. You’re someone who asks “why” and digs into data and insights to identify
• Experience in a SAAS environment
• AI exposure and the curiosity to try new approaches
• Strong partnership and relationship building rooted in trust and delivery
