Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of our recruiting systems, including ATS and
• Build and document repeatable, scalable processes
• Own data hygiene and reporting across recruiting systems
• Partner with recruiters to identify and solve friction points
• Evaluate and implement new recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools
• Partner with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on shared processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations
• 2+ years managing people or leading cross-functional workstreams
• Proven experience building repeatable, documented processes
• Strong command of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday)
• Data-driven approach with KPIs and dashboards
• Comfortable with AI tools and automation (Zapier, scripts)
