Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of our recruiting systems, including our ATS and
• Build and document repeatable, scalable processes that hold up as headcount and hiring volume grow.
• Own data hygiene and reporting across recruiting systems: clean requisition data, accurate
• Partner with recruiters to identify the biggest sources of friction and manual work, then
• Evaluate and implement new recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools that make the team
• Work as a close partner to People Operations, Legal and Finance on shared processes such as offer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, with hands-on experience in recruiting
• 2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional workstreams.
• Proven experience building and documenting processes that are repeatable and support data hygiene
• Strong command of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday) and recruiting/scheduling tools.
• A data-driven approach to program management, with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation (e.g., Zapier, scripts, AI-powered
