• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition across functions.
• Experience leading and coaching TA teams.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt; advise leaders with data.
• Turn priorities into concrete hiring plans.
• Operational discipline in recruitment workflows and metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks; remove friction; improve efficiency.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese; cross-cultural teams.
• Collaborative, coaching leadership to raise capability.
